I remember when the word 'exercise' and 'workout' made me cringe! That's just too much like work. So, I avoided it.

Then the weight starts compiling around your waistline and you become unhappy, or at least I did. 

Some of my best friends have had the same experience. 

It's not like that for me anymore because I found exercise that I enjoy, I play golf. Ever spend the day swinging the club? It's fun and an amazing workout! Helps me mentally clear my head as well. I love it. 

A friend of mind swims every day. She works out in her own pool and in the winter goes to the YMCA. Swimming is fun for sure!  

When you do physical activity that you enjoy, you start toning up and shedding pounds without even realizing it.

When you don't have desire or willingness, as I mention above, you don't do it. 

Don't dread it, find something that fits your lifestyle adn that you love to do. 

Working out does not have to mean spending hours at the gym or spending tons of money for a membership. 

However, everyone is in the house too much lately. Get out. Take a class to be with others that help motivated you and keep you in shape (the membership cost will then be worth it).
