Fact: Power-walking on your breaks at work (break it into 15-minute increments) is a great way to burn calories and build healthier bones and stronger muscles.
#3 You Make Bad Food Choices
Weight loss will or won't happen, depending on your food choices. That's right. Remember hearing "You are what you eat"? It's a fact. Choose whole foods rich in vitamins and minerals to keep app of your body systems running top-notch. Ditch the processed foods. Don't drink pop. Stop eating foods filled with sugar. Practice mindful eating to make healthier food choices to lose weight on your own.
Gather a list of clean eating food recipes. Make a list of ingredients and head off to the grocery store. Come home and prepare your meals for the week ahead. Preparing ahead of time makes certain that you will make good food choices. Strive for a balanced diet with variety. You'll see that cooking your own meals can be rewarding in so many ways.
#4 You Fall Back into Bad Habits
You pack breakfast items for work the night before. But failed to do it twice last week due to life's crazy busy stuff. You fall back into the bad habit of skipping breakfast.
